How You Can Help
Thank you for your interest in contributing CCEH’s homeless emergency response operation! Our shelters are doing everything they can to follow the CDC guidelines of spacing beds 6 feet apart, but the reality is that with current shelter capacity we need to work more quickly than ever to move people out of shelters and into HOMES. If you have been looking for a way to help, please consider donating emergency funds to move families and individuals into apartments right away.
Buy us meals! Coordinated Access Networks are purchasing meals from local restaurants for $10 a meal. Click below to purchase a meal, or two, or three for delivery to hotel rooms.
CCEH has compiled wishlists of items that our local partners need to keep their staff and clients safe during this crisis. Items in high demand include PPE and other supplies. Visit our wishlist page to learn how you can donate or purchase items for your local shelters.
We are looking for assistance identifying any vacant units right away. Please share any vacancies that we can share with our providers.
The COVID crisis has resulted in shifts in the homeless shelter workforce and additional workers are in some cases needed to staff hotels.
Frontline nonprofits – particularly food banks/pantries, meal delivery services, and homeless shelters – are seeing a marked increase in demand for their services. The state is currently looking for volunteers to support the effort. Click here to register as a volunteer
