Plans to End Homelessness

A clear message runs through the Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness entitled Opening Doors. That message is that housing and housing services providers must align programs and create a seamless network that prevents and ends homelessness across the boundaries that exist among institutions and professional expertise.
