Please join the CT REN (Connecticut Race Equity Network) for a training on ‘Identifying and Dismantling Tokenism in the Workplace.’ This training will define tokenism, provide examples of how tokenism shows up in the workplace, and review the differences between diversity and inclusion and intent versus impact. During the training we will explain why tokenism is so dangerous and provide you with ways to avoid tokenism in your workplace. This training will be interactive and allows for open discussion. All are encouraged to attend.
