To the members of the Connecticut Coalition of Property Owners,

I am writing at the invitation of John Souza to request your assistance. The state Department of Housing has made more emergency rental assistance available and our coalition members are working round-the-clock to move clients out of shelters into housing. We are looking for assistance identifying any vacant units right away and are reaching out in hopes that you can help. Our goal is to clear out as many shelters as possible to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in shelters.
