This year at the 2017 Annual Training InstituteThanks to the tireless work of frontline providers and homeless advocates, Connecticut has been recognized nationally for our shared success ending homelessness for our most vulnerable individuals. This year’s Annual Training Institute served as celebration of our shared success ending veteran and chronic homelessness, and will pave the way towards ending family and youth homelessness by 2020. The 2017 Annual Training Institute featured strategies and cutting-edge approaches that have proven to be successful in preventing and ending homelessness. Institute attendees included practitioners, community leaders, funders, developers, McKinney-Vento liaisons, and individuals currently or formerly experiencing homelessness.
